From the first minute of our conversation, I knew he was special. I was fortunate to have known his father, Mike, and shared many stories with him (mostly about Christopher). It's not at all surprising to me that he has developed something unique at change:healthcare. While I am grateful that my family is healthy, I know that if/when we are struck by chronic illness, it is nice to know that there exists a tool to manage the billing and free the mind to tend to the important things...like caring for our loved ones instead of dealing with the stress of reconciling bills.
