The "root cause analysis" is the American people continuing to demand heathcare services which they cannot or will not pay for to the tune of four times the per capita rate of the next country in line (Japan). All cuurent plans to fix the ailing health care industry are distracting shell games until a true disussion of our current culture and strategies to curb outrageous and unneccesary demand for health care are undertaken.
