Healthcare providers are not shouldering the responsibility of providing only medical necessary services. The "more-is-better" concept of providing service has just about sunk the ship. I'm talking about ordering unnecessary diagnostics, over utilization of hospital inpatient care, excessive return visits, performing unnecessary procedures, referring to owned laboratories, imaging entities, day-surgery centers, and even owned home nursing service. I think Stark is taking a nap. I see it every day - point your finger to blame someone else.
