We had a telephone call this morning and one concept that I’ve been espousing for a long time is the “more” is not nec “better”. The “just right” concept is even more relevant when it comes to patients and accessing the healthcare system! A little information is always good, especially when it comes to healthcare. But some medical professionals have a tendency to explain away everything the patient understood with way too much detail.
